Created from scratch, with inspirations from the western coastal belt of India. Using their ingredients, techniques and style of cooking -this spice blend has a deep rustic flavour that works wonderfully when added to coastal curries, vegetables and meats.

For best results in your curry add fresh grated coconut and ginger garlic paste.



Stone Flower: A unique Indian spice, dagad phool is dried lichen with a strong earthy aroma.
