  • Half kg boneless chicken
  • Hung curd- 6/7 tbsp
  • Ajwain- one pinch ( available in Indian stores)
  • One tsp of Punjabi masala and ½ tsp Khandeshi masala
  • Chopped garlic- 7-8 flakes
  • Kasuri Methi( available in Indian stores)
  • Red chilli powder and salt as per taste
  • Mustard oil (3 tablespoons tbsps)
  • Haldi / turmeric(a pinch)
  • (Heat Mustard oil on high flame(oil should be hot) and add haldi to it) Keep this mixture ready
  1. Prepare the marinade with hung curd, Ajwain, Punjabi Masala , Khandeshi masala, garlic, kasuri methi, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. Add  the oil mixture and chicken pieces to this.
  3. Marinate for 2 hours and then the grill/ barbeque of cook in a pan.
  4. Baste with butter.
